ACUTE DESTRUCTIVE PANCREATITIS IN CHILDREN

Unlike adults, acute pancreatitis in children is a rare disease. The absence of unified standards for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation with destructive pancreatitis, as well high rates complications mortality, determined relevance our study.Materials methods. Materials results 11 were studied. age patients ranged from 2 to 16 years. Laboratory examination all included general biochemical analyzes blood, urine, peritoneal thoracic exudate. All underwent an ultrasound abdomen, chest cavity mediastinum, plain radiography abdominal cavity. Computed tomography was performed 6 (54.5%). Fibrogastroduodenoscopy (FGDS) 3 (27.3%). surgery. Further study requires determination situational tactics, assessment effectiveness combined therapy inhibitors, selection optimal regimen nutritional rehabilitation.
